LOKAHI is the Hawaiian word meaning union of body, mind and spirit.  To be strong physically is not enough.  To be strong mentally is not enough.  To be strong spiritually is not enough.  To be strong physically, mentally and spiritually is Lokahi.

Zen Yoga
and Element Training is a holistic, individually customized approach to exercise that weaves together traditional and non-traditional yoga postures, cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening, breathing, visualization and meditation as well as spontaneous adventures in the outdoors. Chandra hopes to assist you in making everyday an even more playful adventure.

At the core of all things and all processes of life, including our physical body, is the essence and interplay of earth, water, fire, air and ether. Ancient medicines and spiritual practices around the world are based on the interaction of these five elements.

Through physical practice informed by a balancing of the elemental energies within, while connecting to the natural world, we can maintain a free flow of energy, a more youthful and illuminated connection to life.

ONE ON ONE: provides an environment specific to your individual needs on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

People come to me for all different reasons, so if you're looking for a way to spice up your routine, add dimension to your physical and mental realm through a fun, and sometimes rigorous practice, you've come to the right place. Perhaps your limits of fear need to be stretched in order to break out of old patterns or to see yourself in a new light.  Preparing for a trek through Himalayas, a bike tour in a new region of the world or trying to meet the challenges of the day with a sense of ease.  Discover the potential of a strong, calm body and a flexible mind.  We will have fun and you will come away feeling full with renewed energy and wisdom.
